Value for money:
"A very smooth parking experience. No need to use a bus as the airport terminal is only a few minutes walk away. Would use again."

"Ease of booking and price was first class, was parked near to terminal so cannot comment on courtesy bus."
~ Mr Bartle on Tuesday 23 Feb 2016 at 06:48
"Stress free start & finish of our holiday"
~ Mr Headley on Monday 11 Jan 2016 at 11:43
"Excellent value for money"
~ Mr JONES on Sunday 03 Jan 2016 at 09:27
"The spaces are quite narrow and short and it makes parking difficult if there are big cars parked. Reversing is not an option as I need access to the boot. I didn't use the minibus as I found a space quite close and didn't want to wait. I did' use the customer service. There was nobody around."
~ Mrs Beeler on Monday 21 Dec 2015 at 08:17
"No issues at all will booking and entering / exiting car park. It does take some time to find a space and it was very muddy. We didn't see the courtesy bus on arrival or departure so would have had at least several minutes wait to use one."
~ Mrs Butler on Saturday 19 Dec 2015 at 08:24
"The service was fine but the parking spaces are ridiculously small we had to reverse and go forward 6 times because we were beside 2 -4x4 vehicles and there was a van and a 4x4 on the opposite row and they stuck out of their parking bays. No indication of where to get the bus on return so we walked in the rain and saw no bus in the 20 minutes from airport terminal building until we left. Purple Parking at Heathrow and Birmingham are a pleasure to use Bristol is expensive cramped and not easy for short stay BUT what can one do! At least you are £2 cheaper than Easy Jets "special offer" We had no service from Car Park AT Bristol so hence not scored and the bus is one star as there was no bus at 6pm on a Monday evening that we saw. Driver going in was kind and helpful to all passengers I will say."
~ Dr Ferguson on Wednesday 16 Dec 2015 at 20:59
"The car park was located opposite the air port, I didn't see a bus but there was no need for one. Very easy to pre-book and park on the day."
~ Miss Hoskins on Wednesday 16 Dec 2015 at 08:30
"Courtesy bus is very slow and infrequent. Obviously not Purple parkings fault."
~ Mr Hagan on Monday 14 Dec 2015 at 22:29
"We did not use the minibus as we walked to and from the terminal at Bristol Airport."
~ Mr Bartlett on Monday 14 Dec 2015 at 17:07
"The mini bus service was not used as Bristol airport has its own free courtesy bus to/from the Terminal. I could not not find details of the tolerance time I had between the flight landing and getting to my car to exit the car park. This is important should you be delayed - either by flight or for other reasons after arrival. Can this information be made available please. In addition, where delays have occurred, at what point do additional charges become due."
~ Mr Evans on Wednesday 09 Dec 2015 at 09:41
"My only comment would be that there is nothing in the car park that says purple parking so even tho I was in the long stay car park I was unsure that it was the right one."
~ Mrs Jones on Tuesday 08 Dec 2015 at 19:29
"Service used was long term on-airport parking so all self service. Questions above not applicable. Very satisfied with experience."
~ Mrs Richards on Tuesday 08 Dec 2015 at 09:19
"Wonderful location. Super easy and quick!"
~ Miss Pargeter on Tuesday 08 Dec 2015 at 08:19
"Generally good service but expensive, partly due to late booking. Did not use the courtesy mini bus as parking was available near the terminal"
~ Mr Greedy on Monday 07 Dec 2015 at 18:12
"Easy to pre-book, good price, no problems at airport."
~ Mr Cobner on Saturday 05 Dec 2015 at 11:50
"We didnt get bus as wasnt far to walk but saw several buses go past us. Issue with ticket on way out. Barrier wouldnt open but help kiosk very helpful and quick and put barrier up for us."
~ Miss Ware on Tuesday 01 Dec 2015 at 08:12
"We didn't use the courtesy bus as it was close enough to walk easily although we saw the bus both on our outward and inward journeys."
~ Mrs Hunt on Sunday 29 Nov 2015 at 15:50
"Excellent parking facility - within easy walking distance of the airport and great value for money too. It really helps to have such a good resource when you have so much else to think about when flying!"
