Security Measures

The car park is manned 24-hours a day, 365-days a year and frequently patrolled by trained staff. The site has CCTV and security lighting in addition to being an on-site parking facility next to the terminal within the Gatwick airport perimeter. Park Mark 'Safer Parking' approved.

Facilities for disabled persons

Blue Badge parking with wide bays and easy access are provided on various levels of both car parks 5 and 6. For your convenience Gatwick suggests using level 3 of car park 5 as this gives direct, same level access to the terminal building. Vehicle Restrictions

Car park 5 has a height restriction of 1.8m. Car park 6 has a height restriction of 2.1m.

Trailers are not permitted.

Arrival Procedure

On arrival, pull up to the barrier and show your paperwork to the member of staff

Enter the car park & talk to our friendly staff who will advise you where to leave your vehicle.
Please go to Valet reception to hand over your keys and walk directly into the terminal via the covered walkway.

Transfer Details

Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Departure Procedure

Exit the terminal on the ground floor and go to the Valet return office on the ground floor of Car Park 6. Go to reception where your keys will be returned and your vehicle will be waiting close by.

"My only fault is the location is different now and you have to drop your car off at the airport but you need to be careful with the little slip road you turn into. I was told originally that I had come to the wrong valet parking but when they double checked my name I was in the correct place. I would of been giving different feedback if I had been given the run around. Luckily your instructions definately said off the slip road. Racecourse Drive I think it said off my memory. Very good pick up service extremely professional."

"WE DID NOT USE A CHAUFFEUR: ON DEPARTURE WE TOOK THE CAR TO A DESIGNATED PARKING SPOT AND HANDED OVER THE KEYS TO A PERSON AT A DESK. HE WAS A BIT SLOW IN FILLING OUT FORMS WITH ALL THE INFORMATION I HAD ALREADY PUT INTO THE ONLINE FORM (WHY IS THIS NECESSARY?)...AND HE WAS NOT OVERLY FRIENDLY - BUT FORTUNATELY WE HAD PLENTY OF TIME. ON THE RETURN TRIP WE PICKED THE CAR UP FROM A (DIFFERENT) DESIGNATED SPOT AND IT ALL WORKED LIKE CLOCKWORK. AN EXCELLENT SERVICE AND WILL USE AGAIN."

"Having previously used Purple Parking expectation was for a professional service, again this was achieved. The only down side was that we had a little problem finding the arrival point as works are currently being undertaken at LGW North. We arrived origionally at the marked Valet Reception but to be told we were at the wrong place and directed to Car Park 5, having driven around the car park, we eventually had to phone Purple Parking for directions only to be told to go back to Valet Parking which is off site !!!! We were met again by a guard who this time greeted us, directed us to the drop off point. after this plain sailing. The return offered no problem at all. We will be using PP for our next 3 trips"

"where I dropped the car off and where I picked up my vehicle were great with the exception that I wished to use my KIA Sedona which was too high according to your booking forms. there was parked a land rover discovery where I picked up my vehicle which is higher than the KIA. this I found very frustrating."

"We did not meet the chauffeur so I cannot comment. The service was easyy to use,very convenient position at the airport, drop off and pick up was faultless. The car was unmarked and had not been used during our absense, unlike some other airport parking. Definitely a recommended service."
