NORTH TERMINAL

OUTBOUND

Please call 01293 824221 (option 1) 10 minutes before arriving at the airport. Follow signs to Set Down and Passenger Drop -Off keep in the right hand lane and drive to the far end pulling in to the spaces opposite the Premier Inn where the driver will meet you.

SOUTH TERMINAL

OUTBOUND

Please call 01293 824221 (option1) 10 minutes before arriving at the airport. Follow signs to Car Set-Down (Ground Level) and park at the far end just after the last pedestrian crossing in the Approved Operator lane.

Departure Procedure

A No Waiting policy is in force at both terminals.

North Terminal: To ensure all our clients have a fast and efficient service, please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call 01293 824221 (select option 1) to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call. Exit the building on the ground floor, walk between the 2 cars parks opposite and wait in the far end of the set down area. Emergency number: 07805 927969.

South Terminal: To ensure all our clients have a fast and efficient service, please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call 01293 824221 (select option 1) to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call. Follow signs for 'Courtesy Coaches', exit the building and take a lift down to the ground floor. Cross to the outside lane where your car will be delivered to you. Emergency number: 07805 927969.

"Your process on collecting the car upon returning at Gatwick North states that one must phone once you have cleared both passport control and baggage reclaim. This we did and found we had to wait for about 10-15 minutes in the cold and rain waiting for our car to return. I realise that the Airport Authority have tightened waiting restrictions recently, but to wait, as we did, having paid an additional surcharge for you to access the airport with our car, doesn't really paint the image of 'Meet and Greet' as it should. Perhaps a better deal could be negotiated with the Airport Authority regarding 'waiting vehicles'."

"My only gripe is being charged for the cost of going in the car park yet both departure and return journeys met us outside the Premier Inn. Last time we used this service at Gatwick we were met in the car park and therefore the cost seemed appropriate. This time it felt like a not very well hidden charge."
