    Arrival Procedure

    On arrival at Airparks Gatwick, keep to the left hand lane and drive through the automatic barrier. Park in one of the arrival bays and note the lane number. Go to Reception and present them with your booking confirmation or booking reference and car and flight details. Place your keys in the red key box with the corresponding lane number and then take the bus to your terminal. The bus leaves from the Reception area and calls at both terminals. We recommend that you allow 45 minutes from checking into the car park to reaching the airport terminal.

    Transfer Details

    Gatwick Airparks operate transfers to and from the airport every 20 minutes which take 10 - 15 minutes.

    Distance To Airport

    Airparks Gatwick is located 3 miles from the airport terminals.

    Departure Procedure

    Catch the transfer bus from where you were dropped off. You'll need to show the ticket you were given at check-in to the driver.

    If you're at the South Terminal, turn left out of the terminal and wait at bus stop 7 or 8, about 25 yards from the exit.

    If you're at the North Terminal, turn right out of the terminal and follow signs for buses. Wait at bus stop 6 or 7.

    After you've collected your keys from reception, drive to the exit and scan the barcode attached to your keys at the exit barrier to get out.

    "The instructions to find Airparks indicated that it was down Charlwood Road,as we tried to find Airparks in the early hours of the morning we became disorientated and having found Charlwood Road failed to locate Airparks. We eventually with some help from another lost driver located the parking area.On our return from holiday,I Googled Gatwick and noted that three unconnected roads are all called Charlwood Road !,we had chosen the wrong one and ended up down a country lane on the wrong side of the Airport.Could the instructions to find Airparks be made a little clearer please ?,otherwise the parking was spot on.M Johnson"

    "The only comments I have is that the directions to the parking sent us the wrong way, and that the instructions should have said we were heading for a differently named car park ie air parks, not Purple parking. Coming home the instructions told us to go to the bus stop 13 and it was bus stop 7 & 8. And the driver on the way to airport had said bus stop 6, (which I had written down) and that we were looking for a Air parks bus, not Purple Parking as in Heathrow. very confusing. When we used your Purple Parking in Heathrow it was much much more straight forward, next time we shall probably use the bring the car to the airport option, as we did in Heathrow. We then would have been home much sooner. We could also have done with instructions how to get back to the Motorway, as we did not know this area. Our Sat Nav sent us a very long way around back to motorway, I think we must had done a almost full circle around the airport. Never the less we shall use you again. Thelma Malabar"

    "A very quick fast and efficient service. the only thing that would improve service is on return to pick up point an indication of schedule rather than just stand waiting looking at every bus that turns the arrivals corner, especially if you have returned from a warm destination Gatwick can be cold and windy if just waiting at the stop not knowing when the bus is expected. many thanks."
