Cancellations

Cancellations made with at least 48 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 48 hrs bookings are charged in full.

Arrival Procedure

You will be met at your designated Terminal by one of our Chauffeur drivers. Precise arrival instructions will be given on your booking confirmaiton.

Transfer Details

Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Departure Procedure

Full return instructions will be issued by the driver on collection of the vehicle. Please note that if your return flight into Heathrow is delayed beyond midnight, we reserve the right to pick you up at the terminal by courtesy bus and drive you to our car park to collect your vehicle.

"I have used Purple Parking Meet and Greet at Heathrow Terminal 5 several times. Booking is easy and the receiving staff have been friendly despite the hour being very late as well as careful to check details. My return flight was early but the car was already waiting for me with cheerful staff. I will definitely use PP again. The Meet and Greet service saves me considerable time and stress. Driving from Bristol to Heathrow and back is tiring enough. The time and cost compare very well with train and taxi."

"I was very sceptical about using this kind of service but so glad I did. Finding the drop off area was a bit of a mission, but we bumped into one of your guys who jumped in the car and directed us to the drop off point. On arrival the car was there and everyone was very helpful. I would definitely use your service again. Very stress free."

"For the second consecutive time one of your staff removed all the loose change from the centre console of the car. This was in a covered area of the console where your staff had no business to look. Whilst it wasn't a lot of money, it's the principle that is important to me. You clearly have some dishonest staff in your organisation. Maybe this is something you should look at more closely."

"Mostly a great service. There was a little hiccup when we arrived which meant our booking wasn't on the system so there was a delay while a bit of paperwork was filled out, but it was quickly rectified. Return journey went very smoothly."
