"As this was booked through Purple Parking we spent unecessary time looking for a Purple Parking logo. You had booked us into an NCP car park but neglected to tell us that bit of info. If you had, you could have saved us several trips round the block looking for a sign that wasn't there. Good value though but some accurate signage would have given you a top score! "

"The NCP carpark which I booked through Purple is really close to Heathrow. It is a little confusing to get there if you don't know that you have to start by heading for Park Inn. The first sign for NCP is visible from its entrance. Go for it."

"My biggest complaint is that i booked through Purple Booking which was quick and easy, but when i arrived at the car park my booking hadn't registered correctly on your system, so i was held up at the gate on arrival and departure of the car park. I Also think the return bus services should go to all the terminals. I landed at T5 and had to the get the Hotel Hoppa to the Park Inn and then walk around to the NCP Car Park. I think it would make the car park a lot more attractive to all its users. "

"A little difficult to find using the GPS - it got us to the hotel nearby but then got a bit stuck, but we were so close anyway we noticed the sign eventually. if you had a purple parking sign next to the ncp signs that would help, even though we knew that you were an agent for ncp. just when you are a bit stressed you're looking for simple signs and colours and a big purple parking sign would have helped with that element.otherwise I'm very happy with the entire experience and would definitely use your services again. thanks )"
