Whilst every effort is made to ensure that collections and deliveries of the vehicle are made at the requested times. We do not accept any responsibility for delays of its service, caused as a result of circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion, delayed flights, road accidents, security alerts, severe weather conditions, luggage delays and immigration delays. This list is not exhausted.


Cancellations made with at least 48 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 48 hrs bookings are charged in full.

Arrival Procedure

Drivefly will call 20 - 30 minutes prior to your booked arrival time to confirm the meet time. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CALL DRIVEFLY ON 07955 055777 or 07955 055700 IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR EARLY. On arrival at the airport follow the signs for Short Stay parking. Take a ticket and enter the Short Stay car park. Continue driving forward and park in the designated Meet & Greet pick up/drop off point which is next to the pay machine. You will be met here by your chauffeur who will have your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with the Drivefly company logo on it.

Transfer Details

Transfers are not required as this is a meet and greet service. Your car is collected and returned to you at the airport.

Departure Procedure

On your return, please call 07955 055777 or 07955 055700 once you have collected all of your luggage. The chauffeur will deliver your vehicle to you at the pick-up point.

Any extended days will be charged at rate of £15.00.

If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, a additional charge of £25.00 is applied

"Only reason for not giving 5 stars on punctuality and service is that building work is going on at the airport and drop of point is temporary and on way out it was not easy to see where to go and hence delay in finding chauffeur. Once found very help full."

"Car park fee was paid but could not get out. The problem was resolved but we were not told that there was a time restriction. We have not had that at any other airport. Although the problem was resolved if we were informed then we could have timed the pick up better. Also I had booked a valet clean but the car had not been cleaned."
