The car park is protected with Palisade fencing with razor wire on top and is manned 24hrs a day. The car park also holds the 'PARK MARK' safer parking award.

Cancellations made with at least 48 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 48 hrs bookings are charged in full.

Arrival Procedure

Transfer Details

Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

Distance To Airport

Your car will be parked at our secure car park which is located 5 miles from the Terminal Buildings.

Departure Procedure

On your return call once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. A chauffeur will then return your vehicle to the terminal.

"When initially phoning 20 minutes before arrival on the 31December we were informed that there was no booking for us. The the chauffeur arranged to meet us - which was prompt and everything went smoothly from that moment. "This was meet & Greet so didn't actually use the car park. The booking was easy to make and getting through to the Office when we needed to at the Airport was amazing. However due to us departing & returning to different Terminals at Manchester caused a little confusion, on the outward journey. They sent the chauffeur to the wrong terminal so we did need to make another call, as he was taking quite a long time to get to us. All sorted and the pick up happened smoothly. On our inward journey, I could have done with some directions to "level 5, departures", but one more call later and we found it. Also partly our fault as the chauffeur tried to call us, but the phone was still in flight mode!! Oops. On the whole great service and would book again, thanks"

"Brilliant service. easy to book, clear and straight forward instructions. Good value for money and would definately use them again. Only one thing l would say is if you offer a valet service that would be good as the cars are ditched after standing around for a week or so. Other than that absolutely no complaints at all. "Service good especially as the online booking had not gone through, still arrived on time for departure. Perhaps there could be a better way of tracking inbound flights though. We arrived from Dublin on Sunday evening, so I called at 17.56 but the car didn't arrive until 18.30. I appreciate I had to ring but with not going through passport control and only having hand luggage it would have been easier to park in the multi story car park. If the flights were monitored, the company do ask for flight numbers,and if customers were asked if they had hold luggage only, perhaps the waiting time could be reduced. To be fair the driver apologised for the long wait. This just spoils the overall experience"
