Handing in my keys
This is a self park option and there is no requirement to hand your keys in.
Please allow 30 minutes on top of your recommended check-in time to arrive at the car park and make the transfer to the terminal.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hrs notice are refunded in full. Within 48 hrs bookings are charged in full.

This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition System (ANPR) so the barrier should rise for you upon arrival. If the ANPR doesn't recognise your number plate, please press the call button for assistance and a member of staff will open the barrier. Please DO NOT take a ticket if the barrier doesn't raise.
Transfer from car park to terminal:
Take the 8-10 minute courtesy bus shuttle to the terminal. Buses arrive every 15 minutes and are available 24 hours per day.
Transfer from terminal to car park:
On arrival follow signs for "Buses to Long Stay car park". Courtesy coaches are located at the Long Stay bus stops in front of the terminal. Please ensure that the coach you board is going to the correct zone indicated on your ticket.
Distance To Airport
When you arrive back from your trip, follow in-terminal signs for 'Buses to Long Stay and JetParks car parks'. Courtesy buses are located at the Long Stay and JetParks parking bus stop in front of the terminal. Please tell the driver where you have parked (i.e. Long Stay, Zone E, Bus stop 3).
Once you have arrived back to your vehicle, drive up to the exit barrier. The barrier will open for you to exit but if you do experience difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.

"Bus stops are not marked very well - nothing is clearly saying that the bus stop is right in this place. Bus goes first somewhere else and then to car park, what , after tiring journey, is not the best thing."

"Had no problems with booking,location, transfers and staff. Was a little concerned when reading other comments about problems with exit. I prepaid-which was so much cheaper than just turning up-ticket received on arrival and same ticket used to exit car park. Did see one or two having problems with exit but could this be not following the correct instructions rather than a problem with the barriers??? Very good value. Drivers polite and very clear instructions re bus stops etc. "

"The only fault we found was that on our return journey the seat we were in was beside the heater and it was blasting out too much heat! Apart from that and not really a complaint everything worked well, even when I chained my car 4 days before departure."

"At the check out the ticket machine kept the ticket (issued at entering the car park). This caused major complications as I needed it as proof to claim expenses. The staff in the control centre was very busy, but at the end managed to find a receipt and write me one. LIfe would be far easier if we could retain the original receipt."

"the only problem that i had was on leaving the car park the machine indicated that i owed Â£158 which was a suprise as i had pre paid,but it was sorted out eventually over the intercom,the time from leaving the terminal to the carpark could have been quicker."
